Except for Adult and School performances, Group ticket discount applies across all other performances.
Panto Discounts and Essential Information About Tickets
Zebra Discounts are not applicable to Panto performances.
However we do offer Group Discounts on tickets for our traditional pantomimes (Standard, Premium, and Premium Plus).
- A Group = 4 tickets including at least one concession
- Concession = Senior/Student/Child/Carer/Disabled
For clarity, we regard a 17 year old and under as a child, a student as a customer with a valid NUS Card or local college ID, and a senior as 60 years and over.
Group Discount Eligibility:
- The booking must include 4 tickets or a multiple of 4 tickets (e.g., 4, 8, 12, etc.).
- All tickets must be purchased in a single transaction.
- Each group must include at least one concession ticket

Babes-in-Arms (12 Months and under)
Infants aged 12 months or under at the time of the performance are considered 'Babes-in-Arms.' They do not require a separate seat and are expected to be held comfortably throughout the performance.
Important Note: To ensure an accurate headcount for capacity and safety, you must include your infant in your booking using our designated ticket type.
How to Book a Babes-in-Arms Ticket:
- Select your seat on the seating plan
- On the next page (where you can edit your ticket type), find the "Change My Seats" section
- Use the dropdown menu to change the ticket type for your selected seat to: STANDARD Incl. BABY 12 Months & Under
- Click Continue
- This single entry ticket covers both the accompanying adult and the infant, with no additional fee.
- Please remember: The child must be 12 months or under on the day of the performance, not the day of booking.
