A few things you need to know about Soft Play parties
The basics
What do you get for a Soft Play Party?
You get 2hrs of exclusive (private) use of Soft Play City
The climbers and crawlers can use all of the soft play equipment subject to age restrictions.
What is the age range?
Soft Play City is intended for play for children up to the age of 8 and up to a height of 150cm.
The maximum number of climbers and crawlers at Soft Play parties is 40 with unlimited guests (generally parents and other family members)
You will be pleased to hear that the Café will be open for your guests to buy coffee and other treats.
The all-important food
You can either choose:
Our standard skate party and bring your own food or order a takeaway or our skate party plus and we lay on a party buffet for you.

This is worth a quick read just so you know:
We do not provide a tablecloth, decorations or balloons but you can bring your own if you wish. Please remember to remove your decorations, clean up and keep the area tidy after your party.
Though you can bring your own food, we do not provide microwaves to heat your own party food.
We recommend soft play parties for people aged 8 and under
All children (17 and under) attending a party must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Campus West Does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
Soft Play parties are available to book online and from Humphrey's till point near the Screen 2 entrance.
Soft Play City will provide adequate staff for all parties.
You cannot bring your own alcohol to a Soft Play Party and we do not serve alcohol at a Soft Play Party.
Under no circumstances are candles/sparklers/naked flames/glass allowed in Soft Play City.
Soft Play Parties cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
No refunds once a party has been paid for. You can however exchange a party for the same rate or a higher-rate party for a different date or/and time when options are available.
All parties' prices include VAT.
All parties must be paid in full at the time of purchase
We do not accept deposits.

A few things you need to know about Roller City skate parties
The basics
An exclusive (private) skate party is made up of two parts:
- the first is the skating activity which lasts 1 hour 15 minutes and takes place in Roller City.
- The second part is the eating of the party food and making jolly merriment which takes place in the party room on the first floor of Campus West and lasts 45 minutes. Access to the party room for you to set up is 30 minutes before the skating activity ends.
The overall length of the party is 2hrs which is made up of 1 hour 15 mins of skating on the rink, then 45 minutes in party room. These time durations are fixed and cannot be altered or extended.
You can bring your own roller skates or roller blades.
The maximum number of skaters for exclusive parties will be up to 40 skaters with unlimited guests.

The party organiser must ensure that they vacate Roller City with all their belongings at the end of the allocated party time.
Only parties booked in person at Campus West or through our website may be held within our premises and accorded all benefits due to the party type booked.
A party gathering or group is not a party unless it involves a transaction for an exclusive party.

The basics
What Bouncy Castles are there?
There are 4 large bouncy structures:
- Jungle Forest - 7 x 6m
- Bouncy Slide - 3m high
- Tumble Run - 12m long
- Bungee Run - 12m long
What is the age range?
Bouncy Castle parties can only be held for those aged between 4 and 11 years old.
The maximum number of bouncers for Bouncy Castle parties is 40 with unlimited guests (generally parents and other family members).

The bouncy castles are situated in Roller City. The Party Room is on the first floor of Campus West.

Your can either bring your own food or choose our party food, please see below for details.
Skate and Bouncy Castle Parties
Party food, whether your own or provided by us, is served in the party room as the skating on the rink ends so your guests have the full 45 minutes to enjoy the second part of your celebration.
The party room is located away from the rink, on the first floor, by the cinema's screen 3. A member of our team will show you where the room is.
Access to the party room is 30 mins before the skating activity ends so you can set up and layout the room how you want. You can also spill out for the party room on to the first floor.
We will provide water for all guests at all times, squash is only available when you buy our party food, of course you may bring your own.
Soft Play Parties
We serve our party food in Soft Play City 45 minutes before the end of the party.
You can, of course, layout your own party food whenever you want.
We will provide water for all guests at all times, squash is only available when you buy our party food. Of course you may bring your own.
