Hello, welcome and thank you for choosing a party with us. 

Ordering your food

We will need you to choose the food options below, you can do this now or any time up to 2 weeks before the party.

Changing your food order

Once the form has been submitted, you can revise your options up to 2 weeks before your party but you will need to re-submit this form.

A reminder email

We will send you a reminder email 3 weeks before your party with this form just in case you have forgotten to complete it and send it back to us.

What happens if you don't submit the form to order party food

If you forget to complete the form we will automatically provide an equal mix of options 1, 2 and 3.

Unfortunately forms submitted within 2 weeks of the party cannot be considered.

The number of children must be the same as in the party option you requested as stated in your confirmation email.

Please review the food options below and tell us the quantity of each type of tray required in the following section.

Each party food option listed below comes with:

  • Unlimited squash

KID - OPTION 1
• Cheese, ham & jam sandwiches
• Chicken chunks & mini sausages
• Crisps and pot of fruit salad

Cereals containing gluten, wheat, soya, milk, sulphur dioxide

KID - OPTION 2 (v)

  • Cheese, egg and jam sandwiches
  • Vegetable nuggets and crudites
  • Crisps and pot of fruit salad

Cereals containing gluten wheat, soya, milk, egg, sulphur dioxide

KID - OPTION 3

  • Cheese, tuna & jam sandwiches
  • Halal chicken chunks & vegetable nuggets
  • Crisps and pot of fruit salad

Cereals containing gluten, wheat, soya, milk, egg, mustard, fish, sulphur dioxide

KID PLATTER (OPTION 4)

  • Cheese, ham and tuna
  • Falafel bites & crudities
  • Crisps and pot of fruit salad


Milk, egg, mustard, fish (for one person only) - All sandwiches on gluten free bread

Description of kids' food options are subject to change according to current ingredient supply levels.

For Option 1 - 3, food is served in a tray for 5 people, so for a party of 10 children, you will get 2 trays and for 20 children, you will get 4 trays.

You can choose more than one option but it must be based on the number of trays to which the booked party is entitled. For example if you've booked a party for 10 children + cold buffet, you can have one tray in Option 1 and one tray in Option 2 or 3. Alternatively you can have two trays in option 1.

Standard options - one tray serves 5 people

Allergen / gluten-free option - per person

The Kid Platter (Option 4) is a gluten-free food tray for 1 child only. Please select the number of trays needed and tell us about any specific allergy / dietary requirements.
