Ordering your food

We will need you to choose the food options below, you can do this now or any time up to 2 weeks before the party.

Changing your food order

Once the form has been submitted, you can revise your options up to 2 weeks before your party, but you will need to re-submit this form.

A reminder email

We will send you a reminder email 3 weeks before your party with this form just in case you have forgotten to complete it and send it back to us.

What happens if you don't submit the form to order party food?

If you forget to complete the form, we will automatically provide an equal mix of options 1, 2 and 3.

Unfortunately, forms submitted within 2 weeks of the party cannot be considered.

Description of kid party food options are subject to change according to current ingredient supply levels.

For Option 1 - 3, food is served in a tray for five people, so for a party of 10 children, you will get 2 trays, for 20 children, you will get 4 trays.

You can select more than one option but it must be based on the number of trays to which the booked party is entitled. For example, if you've booked a party for 10 children + cold buffet, you can have one tray in Option 1 and one tray in Option 2 or 3. Alternatively you can have two trays in Option 1.
