Are you looking to improve your posture, increase your flexibility, or build that deep-down functional strength, this class is the perfect way to reset your body after the weekend or to simply kick off your week with focus and energy.
Mat Pilates is a 45-minute session focused on controlled movements and breathing techniques that help prevent injury and keep you feeling agile. It is kind to your joints while being incredibly effective at toning muscle and increasing flexibility.
Mats are provided for all participants, though you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely is encouraged.
