Purchasing tickets

Booking online

To purchase a ticket, you will need to login to your Campus West website account.

Once you have booked a ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by your e-ticket in a separate email.

You might notice a new look for your e-tickets, but rest assured, your experience will remain as outstanding as ever.

Have an account already?

You will need to use your email address to log-in. You will then be prompted to change your password to ensure your details are secure.

Physical tickets

If you do not want to purchase a ticket online, you will need to go to the venue bar inside Humphrey's.

We will soon be introducing new ticket kiosks. Using the kioks, you will be able to browse what's on at Campus West, including the Cinema, Soft Play, Roller City, Live on Stage.

Zebra Discount changes

What’s New?

Starting now, we will only accept digital Zebra cards at our tills.

To set up your digital card, please validate your membership by verifying your account through the email we sent to all Zebra Members on Tuesday, 3 December.

In that email, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to:

Verify your account.
Add your Zebra Discount Membership to your smartphone wallet as a digital card.
