Campus West Private Film Screenings

We offer the opportunity to hire a screen for a private showing with a big-screen experience that will blow your guests away and be the talk of the town!

Generally Screen One is the most used as this is the most affordable.

Guest numbers can be up to the capacity of the screen, and anywhere in between.

There are two prices options:

Price A

This is for a private screening of a film we are currently screening or are going to be as part of our programme.

The Cost

The cost is calculated on our current weekend full admission x the seating capacity of the auditorium.

A current weekend full admission for 21/22 is £10.25

Screen One's capacity is 41 seats = £420.25

Screen Two's seating capacity is 112 = £1,148.00

Screen Three's seating capacity is 320 = £3,280

Price B

This is for a film that we have to order especially for you.

The Cost

This is as Price A plus £200 for film delivery and handling.

This can be a tricky affair, choosing a film, as sometimes the screen rights are not available. Patience is required here along with plenty of time to book ahead.

When Can I Hire A Screen?

Again there are two options:

Option 1

You can have a private screening that is part of the regular programme - we would reserve this performance and give you 3 days to pay for it. If you don't then the performance reverts back to being open to anyone.

Option 2

If you are looking at screening a specially chosen film then we are limited to a screening time of 10 am any morning including Saturday and Sunday subject to availability.
