The Arts Society: An Italian St George in England: Pietro Torrigiano and Henry VII's Lady Chapel

Henry VIII chose a Florentine artist, Pietro Torrigiano, to create a magnificent tomb for his father, Henry VII, in the Lady Chapel at Westminster Abbey. This lecture from the Arts Society Welwyn Garden reconstructs the pilgrim's experience at the tomb. Visitors welcome.
