We gladly accept both CEA and Access Cards as proof of disability.

Register for Easier Booking Online and a Free Companion Ticket

To book tickets online for these screenings and to automatically receive a complimentary ticket for your essential companion, you must be registered on our system. Please visit our Accessibility section for details on the registration process.

Note: If you proceed with your booking without prior registration, you will be charged the full price for all tickets. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer retrospective refunds for the companion ticket.

Log In to Your Account: Ensure you are logged in to your account before starting the booking process.

Find Your SEND Screening: Search for the SEND event you wish to attend and select your preferred date and time.

Choose Your Seats: Select two seats on the seating plan.

Proceed to Ticket Selection: Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the ticket selection page.

Select Your Ticket Types: On the ticket selection page:

* Ensure one of the ticket types is Essential Companion (CEA/Nimbus Card Holders).

* Select STANDARD for the other ticket unless one of the attendees is a senior, student, child, or disabled. In that case, select SENIOR/STUDENT/CHILD/DISABLED.

Continue to Basket: Click the Continue button. Your complimentary ticket will be added to your basket, and any other eligible discounts will be automatically applied here.

Checkout: Click the Checkout button to finalise your booking.

Note: If you were not logged in at the beginning, you will be prompted to log in at the checkout stage. The free companion ticket or discounts will not be issued or displayed in your basket until you log in.
