If the voucher is bought online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The gift voucher document, along with your personal message (if included), will be emailed directly to the recipient.

If you purchased in-person at Campus West, a physical voucher ticket will be printed for you. This will include the redemption code and the expiry date.

Our vouchers let recipients choose their own adventure. Which means they can be redeemed for ticket purchases across all events at Campus West including:

• Soft Play City

• Fit In Body And Mind classes and
• Any Live on Stage or theatre events.

Terms & Conditions

• Campus West gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed online or in person at any Campus West sales point.
• They are exclusively valid for the redemption of tickets.
• They cannot be used for the purchase of food or beverages, merchandise or other retail items sold at Campus West.
• A Campus West gift voucher expires one year from the date of purchase or when it is scheduled to be sent.
• Although the start date of the voucher is typically the purchase date, you can select a different start date for a gifted voucher, as the expiry date is relative to the chosen send date.
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed through a customer account and cannot be processed for purchases made without a customer account.
• You can combine gift vouchers with other payment methods (Credit or Debit cards and Account Credits) to pay for events or sessions organised by Campus West.
• You can use as many gift vouchers as you have as payment to cover the cost of ticket(s) you are booking.
• If your gift voucher amount is higher than the cost of the ticket or item, any remaining balance will be added as account credit to the account of the customer who redeemed the voucher.
• Campus West gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once purchased, the expiry date of a gift voucher cannot be extended. This applies to both active and already expired gift vouchers.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen gift vouchers.
