What are we doing?
Campus West and COVID-19 secure
In order to comply with social distancing advice and guidelines we are introducing several measures for everyone’s health and safety. We ask that you please comply with these and use the hand sanitiser stations.
Initially, we are only opening Cinema Screens 2 and 3, and we are reducing the number of seats available to ensure appropriate social distancing.
NHS Test, Track and Trace
Like other businesses, we are required to support the NHS Test and Trace strategy by keeping a temporary record of all customers and visitors to Campus West. That means anyone coming into Campus West will need to give us their names and contact details. This data will be kept for 21 days so we can comply with any data requests for this information for tracing purposes.
To help stop the spread of coronavirus, we are introducing the use of the NHS COVID-19 app. Customers can download the free app on to their smartphones by going here
We encourage our customers to check in by scanning our unique QR code which will be displayed at the public entrance to Campus West.
In addition, to help us manage and support the Track and Trace strategy and in line with data protection requirements, all customers will need to be either:
a) a Zebra Discount member, or
b) have an account registered with us, known as a CRM ID.
Without one of these, we’re sorry but you won’t be able to access the building. If you don’t want to do either of these we can set up an account ID for you, and you can request by email to have the details removed 21 days after your visit to the event at Campus West.
Buying a cinema ticket
Please note we are only accepting tickets booked in advance. We encourage you to book online before your visit, however we can do this in person for tickets for the following and any future days. If we are very busy, you may need to wait. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
