Booking Information

Online
  Visit the official website http://tickets.welhat.gov.uk and book your tickets over the internet.
There is no booking fee.
In Person
  Call into the Campus West Theatre Box Office during their opening hours.
By Telephone
 

There is no booking fee for telephone transactions.
Credit / Debit card payments are instantly confirmed and debited from your account.
Please give your account card number, date of expiry and name and address of registered card holder.
If you book within four days of the performance your tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection.

Ticket Collection
  Your tickets can be collected from the Box Office at anytime, including the evening of the performance.
Alternatively your tickets can be posted to you if you wish.
Reservations
  Tickets can be reserved for four working days up to the day before the performance, whichever is sooner.
Tickets not paid for by this time will be resold.
Disabled People
  Please advise the Box Office of your disability when you book.
There are specially suitable seats which include positions for those with wheelchairs and their escorts.
Guide dogs are welcome at the Campus West Complex.
An induction loop system (ILS)is in operation for the hard of hearing.

Babes In Arms
  In order to minimise distractions for our customers during a performance, babies are not allowed into the theatre.
Refreshments
The Campus West Theatre shop and bar is open Monday to Saturday 7pm until 11pm, and at other times 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
Why not come along early and enjoy a drink or a cup of coffee in our comfortable Theatre Lounge, alternatively you are free to take your drinks into the auditorium. Enjoy a drink after the film - the bar is also open until 11pm Monday to Saturday.
Gift Vouchers
  Campus West Gift Vouchers can be purchased from the Box Office.
Redeemable at all Campus West facilities and bookable performances / programmes.
